Thrangu Vajra Vidya Monastery Canada
The Monastery is also situated on the west side of the Lumbini Monastic Zone, which is dedicated to Thrangu Rinpoche. Thrangu Rinpoche believed in the teachings of Buddhism and creating his principles on peace, knowledge, and unity. The Monastery is enclosed with nearly three thousand Buddha statues covering the interior walls. The Monastery is also one of the institutions built by Thrangu for Buddhist studies in Lumbini.

Thrangu Vajra Vidya Monastery is a monastery in Lumbini that is dedicated to Thrangu Rinpoche. He believed in the teachings of Buddha, building his principles on peace, knowledge and unity. This monastery is one of the institutions established by him and is one of the few that actively support education in Nepal. From a very young age, Thrangu Rinpoche started establishing institutes for Buddhist studies. Today, this monastery has a number of students who are aspiring monks.
Entrance Fees
There is no entrance fee and restriction to the Monastery.
In the Monastery, visitors and pilgrims can participate in events related to Buddha and Buddhism where seminars, speeches, and ceremonies are held regularly.
